Cortina Acquires Immenstar

Cortina Systems a core network communications systems provider, has announced the acquisition of ImmenStar, Inc., a privately held semiconductor company that specializes in passive optical network (PON) System-on-Chip (SoC) technology. More analysis at Nyquist Capital.
