The FTTH Council has released a 7 page document that lists "official" definitions of commonly used FTTH terms. Example: “Point-to-Point” (P2P) cable plant provides optical paths from the telecommunications operator’s switching equipment to a single contiguous location such that the optical paths are dedicated to traffic to and from this single location.
